How ForceIndexer Works
From buying credits to watching a URL move through the queue, here is exactly what happens at each step, including when credits are used and where our influence ends.
Step 1: Buy credits
ForceIndexer sells credits as one-time packages. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own. Credits are added to your account only after your payment is confirmed. You can review the current packages on the pricing page.
Step 2: Prepare and submit URLs
Add one URL or a whole list. Each URL should be the address of the page that contains your backlink. Before anything is submitted, ForceIndexer checks the list.
What the check does
- Confirms each entry is a well-formed absolute http or https URL.
- Removes duplicates inside the same batch so you are not counting the same page twice.
- Counts the unique valid URLs and shows the credits the batch needs.
- Blocks the batch if it needs more credits than your balance. You can add credits or shorten the list.
Large lists follow the same rules. The bulk link indexing page goes through them in more detail.
Step 3: Acceptance and credit deduction
Credits are deducted when a URL is accepted into the indexing queue. They are not deducted later when, or if, Google indexes the page. That keeps the rule simple: one credit for each accepted submission, whatever Google decides afterward.
| What you submit | Credits used |
|---|---|
| 100 valid, unique URLs | 100 |
| 100 entries, of which 10 are duplicates of other entries in the batch | 90 |
| 100 entries, of which 5 are not valid URLs | 95 at most |
| A batch that needs more credits than your balance | 0, because it cannot be submitted |
Step 4: Processing and tracking
Accepted URLs wait in the queue and are processed in turn. You can follow each one in your account:
- Queued: accepted and waiting its turn.
- Processing: currently being worked on.
- Completed: our processing of the URL has finished.
Completed describes our side only. It does not tell you the page is in Google's index, because that decision belongs to Google.
Realistic expectations
Googlebot is Google's crawler. It finds pages, fetches them, and passes what it learns to a separate indexing system that decides whether a page is worth storing. A visit from Googlebot does not guarantee indexing, and indexing does not guarantee rankings. Timing varies from page to page and there is no fixed schedule.
For that reason ForceIndexer does not promise indexing results, success rates or ranking changes. What we do promise is how credits work: you see the cost first and you are only charged for accepted URLs.
What affects whether a URL gets indexed
- Whether the linking page is public, crawlable and free of a noindex directive.
- Whether the content is original and useful rather than thin or duplicated.
- How easily Googlebot can reach the page through other links.
- The health and crawl capacity of the site the page lives on.
