Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ForceIndexer ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing credits, or using our backlink indexing services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use ForceIndexer.
2. Description of Service
ForceIndexer is an online service that allows users to submit URLs for indexing-related processing through a credit-based system. Our platform provides bulk URL submissions, processing queues, submission history, and related indexing tools.
Our Service is designed to assist with URL discovery and indexing attempts. ForceIndexer does not control Google or any other search engine and cannot guarantee that submitted URLs will be crawled, indexed, ranked, or displayed in search results.
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features as our Service evolves, subject to applicable law and any commitments made at the time of purchase.
3. User Accounts
An account is required to purchase credits and access certain features of ForceIndexer. When creating and maintaining your account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password, API keys, and other account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for activities carried out through your account, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.
- Use your account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
4. Credit System and Purchases
4.1 Indexing Credits
ForceIndexer operates on a prepaid, credit-based system. Credits are purchased in one-time packages and used to submit URLs for indexing-related processing.
- One credit is deducted for each valid URL accepted into the indexing queue.
- Credits are deducted when a URL is accepted for processing, not when a search engine indexes it.
- Invalid URLs and duplicate URLs within the same batch are not charged credits.
- Purchased credits are added to your account after successful payment confirmation.
- Credits can only be used within ForceIndexer and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
- Credits may not be transferred, resold, or assigned to another account without our permission.
4.2 One-Time Purchases
All credit packages are sold as one-time purchases. ForceIndexer does not automatically renew purchases or charge recurring subscription fees.
You may purchase additional credits whenever needed. Package prices and available credit quantities are displayed on our pricing page and may change for future purchases.
4.3 Credit Usage
Credits provide access to our URL submission and indexing-related processing services. They do not represent a guarantee of indexing success, search engine visibility, or ranking improvements.
Once a valid URL has been accepted into the processing queue, the corresponding credit is considered used, even if the URL is not subsequently indexed by a search engine.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Payment Processing
Payments are securely handled by third-party payment processors. We do not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on this website.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges when purchasing credits. You are responsible for applicable taxes and payment-related charges disclosed during checkout.
5.2 Refund Requests
Because ForceIndexer provides digital credits and indexing-related services, purchasing credits does not guarantee that submitted URLs will be indexed.
Refunds are not automatically provided solely because a submitted URL fails to become indexed, is indexed more slowly than expected, or does not achieve a desired search ranking.
Refund requests involving billing errors, duplicate charges, undelivered credits, or material service defects will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.
To request assistance with a payment or credit issue, please contact us through our contact page.
5.3 Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, we encourage you to contact us so we can investigate the issue.
We may temporarily restrict credits associated with a disputed or reversed transaction while the matter is being reviewed, where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights regarding unauthorized charges or legitimate payment disputes.
6. URL Submissions and API Usage
Users may submit URLs through the ForceIndexer dashboard or through available API integrations.
By submitting URLs, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or authorization to submit them for processing and that your submissions comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
You understand and agree that:
- Submitted URLs may be processed using our infrastructure and authorized third-party service providers.
- Submitting a URL does not guarantee that it will be discovered, crawled, indexed, or ranked by a search engine.
- Submission statuses reflect processing activity within our Service and do not necessarily represent a search engine's indexing decision.
- API access may be subject to authentication requirements, rate limits, and technical restrictions.
- You are responsible for securing your API credentials and preventing unauthorized use.
We may reject, pause, or remove submissions that are invalid, technically unsupported, unlawful, or inconsistent with our acceptable use requirements.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ForceIndexer responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
- Submit URLs containing malware, phishing pages, malicious scripts, or other unlawful content.
- Submit URLs in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use bots, automated scripts, or other methods to bypass security measures or API rate limits.
- Intentionally overload our infrastructure or interfere with other users' access to the Service.
- Exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate credit balances, or abuse payment and promotional systems.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable search engine policies.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse, reject prohibited submissions, and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service and its users.
8. Service Limitations and Availability
While we aim to provide a reliable service, ForceIndexer may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance periods, processing delays, or technical interruptions.
You acknowledge that:
- Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
- URL processing times may vary based on queue volume, technical conditions, and third-party availability.
- Submission limits, API rate limits, and other technical restrictions may apply.
- Temporary outages or maintenance may affect access to account features and processing queues.
- Third-party technical changes may affect the availability or effectiveness of certain indexing methods.
We may implement reasonable technical restrictions to maintain platform stability, prevent abuse, and protect our infrastructure.
9. No Guaranteed Indexing Results
ForceIndexer provides URL submission and indexing-related processing services. We do not guarantee that any URL submitted through our Service will be crawled, indexed, ranked, or displayed by Google or another search engine.
Indexing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including:
- Search engine algorithms, policies, and crawling systems.
- Website quality, content relevance, and domain reputation.
- Technical accessibility, robots directives, and indexing restrictions.
- Duplicate content, canonicalization, and other search engine signals.
- Changes to search engine infrastructure or indexing behavior.
We make no guarantees regarding indexing speed, indexing success rates, organic search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
The Service is considered provided when an eligible URL has been accepted and processed according to the applicable service functionality. A search engine's decision not to index a URL does not, by itself, constitute a failure of our Service.
10. Third-Party Services
ForceIndexer may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, technical infrastructure, and other operational requirements.
We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, or decisions made by independent third-party services beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
ForceIndexer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Google. Google and other third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Intellectual Property
The ForceIndexer website, including its design, software, code, branding, text, graphics, features, and functionality, is owned by ForceIndexer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
You retain any rights you hold in the URLs and data you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited permission to store, process, and transmit that information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share, and protect information associated with your account and use of the Service.
By using ForceIndexer, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable data protection laws.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForceIndexer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot legally be excluded.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.
We do not guarantee any specific indexing outcome or business result. You acknowledge that search engine decisions and third-party systems are outside our direct control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForceIndexer and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
This includes, without limitation, losses relating to search rankings, website traffic, revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or service interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ForceIndexer during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any liability for which such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForceIndexer and its owners, employees, and service providers against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service.
- URLs or content you submit in violation of third-party rights.
- Your material breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity or intentional misuse of the platform associated with your actions.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using ForceIndexer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account when we reasonably determine that it has been used for fraud, unlawful activity, security abuse, or a material violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may investigate suspicious activity and temporarily restrict account functionality while the issue is reviewed.
Suspension or termination may affect access to unused credits, submission history, and other account features. Any treatment of unused paid credits will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the termination.
If we discontinue the Service for reasons unrelated to your misconduct, we will address unused paid credits in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our operations, features, pricing structure, legal obligations, or business practices.
When changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Your continued use of ForceIndexer after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ForceIndexer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory applicable laws require otherwise.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and legal procedures. We encourage users to contact us first to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
20. Contact Information
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, credit purchases, account access, or the operation of ForceIndexer, please contact us through our contact page.
For additional information about how we handle personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
